Guided Journals
Our journals are designed to benefit you either in addition to therapy as well as pre and post therapy.
Write in the Midst of It: Grief and Pain, is a self-guided journal created to provide structure as you navigate the pain of your past. In this journal, you will find prompts, questions, and space to think, process, and write through your suffering. Each prompt and question are intentionally designed to help you navigate through the confusion and defenses in your mind. In addition, prompts build on each other to scaffold you to the healing you are seeking.
The “Guiding with Purpose: The Soul Care Workbook” is designed to empower and equip you with practical tools for walking alongside others and helping others grow through deep connection and trust. This faith-based workbook presents the CAARE framework, developed by Ryan Rhodes, M.A., L.P.C., and Rev. Ken Wiedrick, M.Div., which provides a roadmap for individuals wanting to assist others in growth. Referred to as guides and seekers, the framework supports guides in taking the next steps of collaboratively identifying where seekers are as well as where seekers want to go. The framework will support guides as they assist seekers in making their good intentions actionable by clarifying next steps and identifying the resources they need to execute their plan. These skills can be applied broadly, from intervening in a crisis situation to discipling someone into a closer walk with Christ.
