I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado and a Certified Life Coach with over a decade of clinical experience. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families across outpatient, residential, and community-based treatment settings. Over the years, have found that many men want help but often struggle to find a place where they can talk openly without feeling judged, analyzed, or pressured.

I enjoy helping men understand what is driving their stress, frustration, disconnection, or emotional overwhelm and equipping them with practical tools that create meaningful change.

Whether you are navigating marriage challenges, fatherhood, trauma, anxiety, addiction, or simply feeling stuck, counseling can help you move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

For clients who desire it, Christian faith can also be integrated into the counseling process. I believes therapy should not feel passive or judgmental — it should help people move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
