About Ryan

Ryan is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado and a Certified Life Coach with over a decade of clinical experience. He earned his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and has worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families across outpatient, residential, and community-based treatment settings. Ryan specializes in helping individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, addiction, relationship conflict, emotional overwhelm, and feeling stuck. He especially enjoys working with men, husbands, fathers, and high-functioning adults who may appear “fine” externally while privately struggling with stress, disconnection, or emotional pressure. His counseling approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s goals and values. Ryan integrates evidence-based approaches to help clients develop greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and meaningful, lasting change. For clients who desire it, Christian faith can also be integrated into the counseling process. Ryan believes therapy should not feel passive or judgmental — it should help people move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. Outside of counseling, Ryan enjoys camping, snowboarding, sports, and spending time adventuring with his family.
